Our disciple-making plan is built around the Navigator Wheel, developed by Dawson Trotman—Navigator founder—in the 1930s. We love this diagram for a number of reasons:

• It keeps the focus on Christ! Abiding in Christ and having a vibrant, life-giving, every day relationship with Him is the goal (John 15:5).

• This tool gives us a well-rounded approach to the Christian life and prioritizes often neglected practices in our lives and in the church today.

• It’s simple.

• When used to make disciples, it’s highly reproducible.
